  • Niet-rokers verblijf. Mooie, moderne bungalow met 2 slaapkamers met 100 meter ligplaats aan de oevers van de rivier de Theems. Bubbelbad, sauna, Wi-Fi. 4 mijl naar Lego-land, Windsor en Eton, 8 km Thorpe Park, London Eye en Westminster 45 minuten met de auto (18 mijl).

    SLAAPREGELINGEN:
    Grote slaapkamer met kingsize bed, geschikt voor 2 volwassenen.
    Kleinere 2e slaapkamer heeft een slaapbank voor 2 personen (het is een 4'6 "brede slaapbank), vergelijkbaar met een klein tweepersoonsbed, geschikt voor kinderen.
    Er is ook een slaapbank in de woonkamer voor 2 personen (deze wordt opnieuw 4'6 "breed).
    Idealiter, voor een echt goede vakantie, slaapt het huis 4 comfortabel. Als je het vooral gaat gebruiken als basis om te reizen en toeristische hotspots te bezoeken, dan is 6 misschien in orde. Maar als je 6 enorme koffers meebrengt en je de slaapbanken hebt uitgeklapt, struikel je over elkaar en kunnen er strangulaties optreden.
    Dit is geschikt voor mama, papa en 4 kinderen.

This was one of the most unique and charming places we have ever stayed in. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a holiday home and more like staying at a friend’s house — everything was so welcoming. The hot tub and the beautiful location right on the River Thames made it easy to relax straight away. Although we only stayed for three nights, we enjoyed every moment. A truly special place with so much character — we would happily come back!

Lovely area. Hosts seemed lovely- communication was good and they left some Prosecco and chocolates for us on check in. Hot tub was good, but to echo a previous review, the place is very tired. Cobwebs up high and shower a bit smelly. We made the most of it and had a nice time. Good base.

Very nice property, good size for family of four, hot tub excellent The best thing about it was super view on the river and very close to Legoland Winsdor and station to get to London brilliant host very kind and helpful people.

Wir waren im Mai 2026 hier. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge nach London, da die Bahn hier gleich um die Ecke fährt. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Was such a lovely place hot tub was fantastic liked all the interesting memorabilia round the house loved to playing all the old tracks on the jukebox was cool The bottles of Prosecco and the chocolate in the fridge was a nice touch thank you. would definitely recommend staying here was nice sitting there watching the ducks and the swans on the Thames also great communication from the hosts Sharon and Andy

We loved Sharon and Andy’s cottage. It’s right on the River Thames, and close to numerous historic sites, including Windsor Castle, Eton, the site where the Magna Carta was signed, Roman ruins, and so much more.It is also located within walking distance of the Sunnymead rail station, which is a 1h ride into London and its Underground system.We also enjoyed the hot tub! That was a definite plus, as was learning about Andy’s storied career - you have to stay there to learn about it!Hope to go back some day!

We absolutely loved our stay. A real home from home. The owner was extremely helpful. A comfy and cosy space and we loved the music memorabilia. We had the best time and I would use this again if we were in the area.

Relaxing and lovely

Really lovely return stay. Love the riverside location and views, especially from the hot tub, and the quirky, cool decor in the living spaces. Owner very responsive to questions etc during our stay. Will be back 😊

Perfect Weekend Away

Had an amazing time at this unique location. The property is lovely with distinctive decor and equipped with everything you need for a break away. The hot tub and sauna were lovely. Very peaceful location and the locals were all very polite. Definitely be returning in the near future and would highly recommend to everyone.

Another relaxing stay!

Love this little bolt hole and always leave feeling refreshed. Brought teenagers with us this time and they also thoroughly enjoyed their break. Connections to London and Windsor are great for trips out too.

My daughter loved exploring the house finding all the funny and interesting art work....loved loved loved the hot tub, sauna and outside eating bubble!! We had a great time!!

Excellent

We stayed here for 5 days the location is very quiet with locked gates for more privacy. The host was very informative and left extra touches for kids and adults. Not far from Legoland and Thorpe park so if you've got a Merlin card then don't hesitate to book this gem with hot tub and sauna with loads of quirky items in the house ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cosy, welcoming and quirky

The bungalow was spacious and comfortable, well equipped and warmed. We loved the river views, hot tub, juke box and various regalia on the walls and dotted around. The hosts were very generous in providing several bottles of Cava, chocolates and fancy cakes. With Sky tv and sports it was like home from home.
