Pleasant stay
We had a wonderful time. Home was as advertised and very close to Windham mountain for skiing. Clean and cozy. Communication with host was excellent. Absolutely no hiccups and everything was smooth.

Great Vacation Destination

Cozy Condo
The check in process was extremely easy. The location was great ,a few minutes to Windham, and the place was clean and comfortable. I think they have every streaming channel on the smart t.v. The wi-fi is also very good. My kids loved the bean bags in their bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.

Great little condo, 5 min from the mountain
The condo is very very cute! and location is perfect - can't be better (unless it's ski-in-ski-out). The condo is pretty comfortable for 4 people (two adults and two kids). It will be a bit crowded for 6 people and the bunk-bed (the bottom part of it) is not so comfortable for two adults. I would suggest to provide additional silverware and two additional dining chairs (if renting for 6 pp). Other than that - we really enjoyed our stay and had a perfect family skiing break! Thank you, Natalia, for sharing your cute little place with us.

Great spot
The townhouse was perfect for our family of 4 (2 kids ages 7 and 9 -- and two adults)... The bunk beds were a big hit. The place is nicely laid out ... easy in and out so we were able to make it quickly to the mountain every day. The townhouse complex was quiet. Location was literally right down the street from the mountain. The owner was super nice and reached out before during and after to make sure we had a great time. We highly recommend this spot!

Perfect location for Skiing Windham Mountain
This condo is perfectly located if you are looking to be close to Windham Mountain, just a few miles down the road. I would stay here again. The pre-check-in communication with the owners was very responsive!

Clean and comfortable
Everything was clean, the couch and beds were comfortable. Perfect for a small family going skiing. A washer/dryer would have been great but not a deal breaker. Overall would definitely stay again.

Perfect quiet getaway
Everything was just as listed. The owners were communicative and helpful, the place was very clean, and the condo neighborhood in the fall was very quiet. We would love to come back again.

Perfect for small families
We loved this townhouse. It was the perfect size for our family. The kitchen was well stocked right down to the coffee, tea and sweeteners you need to start your day. One reviewer noted that there was no toaster but in fact their was one in the cabinet. The only thing lacking in the kitchen was cabinet space for food, There was however place settings for 12 people. The owners may want to consider freeing up the cabinet above the refrigerator for food storage. Unfortunately for us there was no A/C in the unit and the Catskills had what we were told by a few people, a rare excessive heatwave and high humidity, but the owners were understanding and accommodating to us. She mentioned that they have plans to add it to the unit before next summer. Once that is in place, this will be the perfect year-round get away and we will be back. The lack of A/C is the only reason I gave this review 4 stars.

Thanks for the feedback, Doug. We have never had problems with no A/C as guests are usually comfortable with fans and windows open, for fresh mountain breeze. This summer we had a few hot days and are planning to have A/C system installed by next summer, to be better prepared for climate changes. Hope we can welcome you back one day. Take care.

Comfortable and easy living space
The condo was clean, accommodating, easy to manage and comfortable to live in. We enjoyed the fireplace each night, watched a movie and snuggled. We had all the comforts of home. The room with three beds could use a dresser or night stands for convenience but we made do. The place was cozy and the owners are responsive. We would return in a heartbeat.

Great Ski Condo
Close to the mountain. Close to nice restaurants. And the perfect size for a family of 4-5 not looking to break the bank on a ski weekend getaway. Property owner was extremely responsive.

It was a great stay. Wonderful location. Condo is very clear on size with floor plan but it is small. I would say 4 people max. The bedding and kitchen supplies could be better, but it was all good.

The owner is great with communcation, made the transaction smooth. We had a great time at this property, loved the fireplace made the evenings warm and romantic for my fiance and I. The house is clean and updated. Found so much to do and see in the area. Just need a toaster, we cook and made romantic breakfasts. Hope to use again.

The place was in a great location and the area had lots for us to do. I feel it was smaller than what the pictures made it look like but still adequate. It was very quiet and the pool was nice. My only complaint was the poor reception for phones that we experienced. Wifi was good but phone calls could not be made in the unit. Lastly, I really liked the owner who responded to me quickly and nicely. If there was anything to make better, I do feel things like the curtains and the shades could be better but overall, I wasn't disappointed.

Comfortable and in a great location
I rented this unit for a month and it was very comfortable and well equipped. The location is right in the heart of the mountains. I ran less than half a mile to get to the Windham Path. Rode my Mt Bike 1.5 mi to get to the Elm Ridge trails. Hiking on Escarpment and Black Dome Ridge is really close. A couple miles to the beautiful town of Windham and all that the Windham ski area has to offer. Road cycling is challenging and fun with many different options. Finally good WiFi so I could do my work from the mountains instead of home.

Clean place close to windham mountain
Great little townhouse, close to Windham Mountain! Place was perfect for family of 5 (3 kids, 2 adults). Beds were comfy. No cell service in home so wifi & tv (netflix etc) were added bonus and both work well. No tv in bedrooms so bring laptops/ipads if kids like to watch in bed. Quick ride to the mountain & into town (2-3 mins). Owner very accommodating & answers questions/messages promptly. Will rent again for sure!

Windham Wedding Celebration
The condo was very clean, comfortable and close to town, restaurants and a variety of things to do. We were there for a wedding on the mountain and the beautiful fall foliage on Columbus Day weekend. Would recommend staying at this condo.

Overall the property was good, excellent communication, ease of check in. The lack of air conditioning is an issue because not all windows will open for ventilation, (broken mechanism to open) There were several bolts missing out of the lower frame of the bunk bed. The housekeepers that are hired need to be a little more attentive to detail. The towels all had a fowl odor and some were stained brown, possible hair dye?

Perfectly Adequate, Convenient, Good for a Family
Nice location and decently appointed rental, really appreciated the pool, wifi and roku and the access to laundry facilities. However, this rental was not completely as advertised. This is really a one bedroom with a loft - the second "bedroom" has no door and thus no privacy. It also had no furniture to put away our clothes and only two hangers in the closet. My daughter and I had to spread out all our clothes on the bed to keep them from wrinkling in our suitcases - not ideal for a week long stay. (The master bedroom does has a dresser) Also, the place could have used a good broom, dustpan and brush. There was some debris on the floor when we arrived - not a deal breaker for me, but I could find no way to clean it up except for this old useless broom in the kitchen. If you come in summer, make sure you bring extra fans - there is only one fan in the whole place and I assure you it won't be enough. Overall, this place has great potential if these issues are remedied. Natalia was very helpful and responsive. Good rental for a family that may not care much about the lack of privacy in the second bedroom.

Great Getaway
Everything was exactly as described in the listing. As a previous reviewer mentioned, it’s true that the condo does not have air conditioning, but since we were out and about all day, it didn’t bother us. With the fan and open windows, it was very comfortable in the evenings and nights. The condo complex grounds are well maintained, and the kids loved playing in the pool every day. We were sad to go home, and can’t wait to book another stay here!

June hiking getaway
We enjoyed staying in the Windham condo. It is a very cozy unit. Instructions for arrival and departure were very clear. Property manager communicated very well. The only negatives were that the unit had no AC so it was very very hot especially upstairs during the day and even at night with the windows open. Also there were a few crumbs on the floor when we walked in but overall was clean. Bedrooms & bathrooms were tastefully decorated. It was a peaceful complex with many wonderful restaurants in the area! We would rent again! Thanks for everything.
