Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations, especially given the price of the property.First, the sofa bed should not be offered as a sleeping option. It is old, in poor condition, and extremely uncomfortable.We also experienced a significant issue with a clogged toilet. After contacting someone at 8:30 AM, we waited over three hours for a plunger. Initially, we were told someone would come right away, but later informed it would be in the afternoon. With six people in the unit and only one restroom available, this was extremely disruptive. A basic item like a plunger should be readily available in every unit.Additionally, the WiFi was slow, unreliable, and eventually stopped working altogether. We contacted maintenance but did not receive a response until the following day—after we had already checked out. As someone who needed to work during this trip, this was particularly frustrating. The dryer also appears to be malfunctioning. It took over three hours to dry a standard load of laundry, which suggests it may need servicing.Overall, we would rate this stay two stars. We are not particularly demanding guests, but several basic expectations were not met, and the level of customer service was disappointing. When we requested a plunger, it felt as though our concern was not taken seriously, and we had to repeatedly follow up.
