« They contacted us to know at what time we would arrive. We have them the hour and when we arrived no one was here, the door was closed and no one inside. We rang at the door but still no answer. We knocked and same : no answer. There was 3 numbers at the door to contact them but as I come from France my phone couldn’t call an American number so no way to contact them by phone. I rang again and again waiting for 20 minutes on the porch with my luggage and still no one. We were desperate. We paid...

« Accueil sympathique. »

« I booked a king size room with breakfast but when we got to the hotel the front office staff told us only $40 per room/ day was covered. Also housekeeping does clean your room or make your bed unless you’re request it - we found out this after coming back to a dirty room several times. Our room was only cleaned once out of the four nights we were there. The thermostat in the room we were initially booked in was dysfunctional and we had to change rooms because our room was freezing. The front...

« Hotel Indy was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was warm and comfortable. Unfortunately, the street noise was extremely loud, it felt like sleeping on the street, just in a comfy bed. Traffic seemed to never stop, and we ended up sleeping with the TV on to help muffle the noise. Dining was another frustration. The downstairs restaurant was closed for a wedding party, and we were told we could get food at the rooftop lounge. After heading upstairs, we were turned away because some...

« Everything was good »

« House and rooms size are ok but it's freezing in this house, you can't turn off the A/C sounds silly for me to use so many power. No curtains in the rooms means you'll wake up very early during ummer. As it's a old house you can hear your neighboors (TV, Stairs, Phone). Breakfast = no hot food, toasts, bagels, bananas, dairies & energy bars so so for such price I feel. Staff Helleen seems not very friendly with same sex visitors sharing a room no "Morning" during breakfast, when check...

« Nice Kitchenet has large fridge and microwave and dishes which were nice for our family of six the beds where comfortable. Needed extra sheets and got them right away the staff was wonderful especially the young lady at the front desk she helped us a lot. »

« Everything was great….clean, quiet, location perfect for eating, drinking downtown & Old National Centre. etc. »

« the breakfast was not include/ there,s a fee for the overnight parking »
