THE SPACE

The House is located on Williamstown 330-acre lake. You’ll find a fully renovated modern 3-bedroom, 3-bath home filled with natural light, stylish finishes, and warm inviting spaces throughout. The open living area is perfect for gathering after a fun day on the lake, featuring a stunning 75-inch Smart TV with an immersive multimedia woofer sound system for movie nights, music, and family entertainment.

The fully equipped kitchen features top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, stunning quartz countertops and backsplash, and all the coffee-making essentials to start your day off right

Each bedroom offers its own private newly renovated bathroom and Smart TV, giving guests both comfort and privacy during their stay. One bedroom opens toward the deck and lake, creating beautiful morning and evening views right from your room.

Another features a spacious rainfall-style shower with a cozy spa-like atmosphere for relaxing after a long day outdoors. The third bedroom is perfect for kids and families, featuring two bunk beds designed for fun and comfortable group sleeping. LAKE ACCESS & BOATING
Guests are welcome to enjoy the lake directly from the property’s private dock. While kayaks, canoes, and boats are not provided on-site, they can easily be rented from the nearby marina. The dock is suitable for docking a variety of boats, offering convenient access for guests who bring or rent watercraft during their stay.

IMPORTANT NOTES & GUEST INFO

Guests have full access to the entire home and all outdoor living spaces including the deck, yard, gazebo, firepit area, and private dock. Owner storage areas and any sheds on the property are reserved for host use only and are not accessible to guests.

For safety, all lake-related activities are at guests’ own risk, and children should always be supervised when near the water.

Guests will have full access to the entire lakehouse, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, kitchen, deck, gazebo, yard, firepit area, and private dock during their stay. We want you to relax and fully enjoy the property and outdoor lakefront experience.
Please note that the owner’s closet and any storage sheds or maintenance/storage areas on the property are reserved for host use only and are not accessible to guests.
