Welcome to Holland Estate! You will love this spacious home located less than 5 minutes from The Ark Encounter; we are a short drive from The Creation Museum. Close to Lexington, Cincinnati and Louisville.

As you walk in from the circle driveway, you enter the foyer of this lovely home on the main floor. To the right are bedrooms 1 and 2 as well as bathroom 1 (bathroom 1 is a private, attached bathroom to bedroom 1). To the left are bedrooms 3,4, and 5, bathrooms 2 and 3, the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Bedrooms 2-5 can use the half bath (listed as bathroom 2) and bathroom 3. The balcony is on this floor and is assessable form the dining room and the master bedroom, which is listed as bedroom 1 on the platform.

Directly across from the front entryway, there is a staircase leading you to the bottom level. On this level, there is an additional living room, a sitting room perfect for games, bedrooms 6 & 7, as well as bathroom 3. Bathroom 3 is attached to bedroom 7, and bedroom 7 is attached to bedroom 6. It is also the primary bathroom for guests in these bedrooms.

There is an in-ground pool on the property as well. It is open May through Mid-October. There is extra beach towels located in the dining area for guests to use.
