'The facilities were adequate overall. However, the hotel advertises breakfast, which consisted of oatmeal in a packet, muffins, and granola bars. I do not consider this a continental breakfast, and the coffee was very disappointing. In addition to this, hotel promoted a swimming pool, yet it was locked during my stay and did not see anyone using it. 'Really did not like front desk assistance. I had reserved a non smoking room. When we opened door it smelled like cigarettes. Also, smelled musty. Air was not on when we came in. Old shop pieces from previous client. No trash cans to place trash in. Not sure what kind of breakfast was served. No juice or coffee machine that was working. Old towel was left from previous client. Very disappointed. But, since it was 1:30 am when we got here. We were to tired to find another place. Definitely will...

'They clearly tried their best to renovate. I had a very pleasant first impression. Easy parking, warm welcome, clean room. Until I settled and wanted to start the tv. That’s when I went for the remote and saw the first roaches. Killed them. Both smaller and bigger ones. Searched the room and bathroom. Didn’t find any other. Went back to the wall mounted tv, saw roaches crawling again. After a better look they probably had a place behind the plywood that was placed against the wall to mount the...

'Room was clean but there was a weird smell when we entered. We got some snacks and air freshener at the dollar tree and it was ok. Ac worked great and the beds were comfortable. We didnt use the pool cause there was some weird guy lurking around and we were 3 females.. decent stay for the price but some of the people around were a bit sketch.'

'If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. When we got to the hotel, there were some minor cleanliness issues that I chose to ignore because it was a late night when we checked in and we were tired from driving. First there was a hair on a towel, the Kleenex box looked like it was dipped in water, and there was a rusted hole in the bath tub. 'Our was clean. The shower had good water pressure and good hot water. Our bed was comfortable and the ac worked good. The front desk staff at check in was nice and so was the lady at check out. Great stay for the money!'

'The air conditioner was broken in our first room but they were apologetic and quickly placed us in another room that was very comfortable. Bed was comfortable. Nice place to stay for the night while traveling.'

'The rooms were clean, but there was dog urine in the elevator that stayed for at least 4 hours, and the pool water was discolored. There was not really a breakfast due to a lack of food, and the lady at the front desk was too interested in her book to make eye contact, pretend to be interested in what we were asking or give more than a 1 word answer to any question. We stayed at Comfort Inn next door during our first trip to Nacogdoches and had a much better experience.'
