It was great being on Franklin street but honestly the building was a bit more older than what I was expecting for the price. Again, it was nice but I found a luxury apartment with so much more space after the fact that was 1/3 of the price'

'Paying for Parking and the payment process was not expected. I can see paying for valet service, but paying to self park in a small southern town seems a bit much. Plus the "threat" of being towed was a HUGE turn off. EVERY other hotel in the area offers free parking...EVEN the Carolina Inn and it is on campus!'
