Both bedrooms feature cozy queen-sized beds, flat-screen TVs, and ensuite bathrooms - one with a walk-in shower and the other with a relaxing bathtub.

This open-plan home is stylishly furnished with cozy couches, a bookshelf, and a large flat-screen TV with Netflix, all complemented by high-speed Wi-Fi. Step out to the patio to enjoy relaxing evenings, and take advantage of the in-home washer and dryer for added convenience.

Guest will have access to every space in the property.

You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.

Other things to note:

Guest passes must be requested and received from a regional recreation center. Guest passes are good for all activities except for access to sports pools. The resident does not need to be present for the guests to utilize the facilities. When golfing guest passes will be sufficient, but guests have a small greens fee (typically $11) to play the executive courses.

For profiles that are brand new with no prior reviews, or have less than 3 reviews total at a 4.5 rating or less out of 5, we also require a fully refundable security deposit for the stay once the booking is confirmed. The deposit is simply pre-authorized on your payment method, and would only be charged if there were any damages or missing items upon checkout. This is required prior to check-in instructions being sent.
