Important Information:

Parking: There are three reserved parking spaces. Two (2) back-to-back spaces in the garage and one (1) under the porch. Please note that the garage is shared with the upstairs neighbor.

Welcome Bag: We prepare a welcome gift bag with vacation essentials to kickstart your stay. This is placed in the condo prior to your arrival.

Enhance Your Stay with a Linen Package: While we do supply comforters and pillows, please note linens and towels are not included. You have the option to add bed linens or the full linen package onto your reservation for an additional price.

Need Beach Essentials? We can arrange for the delivery of beach chairs, umbrellas, cribs, and other essentials at an additional price.

Discover a renovated three-bedroom condo located just steps from the beaches of Wildwood. With approximately 1,250 square feet of space, this condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and offers a layout designed for group stays and family vacations.

Inside, the bright living area includes comfortable seating and a Smart TV, providing a great space to relax after beach days or gather for movie nights. The open layout flows directly into the kitchen, which is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and cooking basics for preparing meals during your stay.

The sleeping arrangement includes a primary bedroom with a king bed, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with two bunk beds (twin over twin and twin over full), offering flexible sleeping options for families and groups. The condo also includes two bathrooms and additional conveniences such as air conditioning, in-unit laundry, and self check-in for an easy arrival.

Non-Smoking Policy: Please note that all our properties are non-smoking, and a $500 fee will be applied for any violations of this policy.

Minimum Age Requirement: The minimum age to make a reservation and stay at the property is 25 years old.
