« My wife and I had a great stay. The room was clean and super nice. They went out of their way to ensure there was something for everyone at breakfast. We will definitely stay again. »

« Internet was not the best security level so I didn't use it for much. Food & wine were good, especially when snowed in due to blizzard. Room was spacious & comfortable. Workout room was great and appreciated. Exhibits around the premises were interesting. »

« Asked multiple times to get room cleaned and it never happened in a 3 night 4 day stay, had to call for towels. Pitt bosses are rude, rules are so strict it makes gambling no fun.. staff and dealers were nice for the most part but for what they charge on a room in a casino and not to clean it once is a little insane.. The gym is also pathetic for a resort. »

« Comfortable bed, it was nice having a room walk out to the pool. The food was good! They need to explain at checking how order food works, need to explain the tools of pool and hot tub at check in. We wanted to sit in the hot tub with out kids for 10 min before getting out and going to bed and a worker stopped us said no kids. We had been there all day from 3 pm and seen kids going back and forth all day nothing said then we go to use it and told no... my daughter started balling and not the way...

« Property is clean which is why I provided 3 stars overall. Mattress/bed was well past its lifespan. Property in general needs some maintenance to fix little things here and there. Staff were polite but not overly friendly by any stretch. Would stay here again if they replaced the mattresses. Instant coffee only, this nearly pushed me to 2 star review… iced lemon water in the lobby redeemed them. »
