Great Weekend
I love the way the old house has been updated while leaving it's original character intact. The facilities are modern, but the house still has it's old bones. My 17 year old son was fascinated by the skeleton keys for the bedroom and bathroom doors! The little house was absolutely perfect for me and my son for the weekend event we were attending. Comfortable and convenient.

Nice house but noisy neighborhood
Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this property based on traffic noise and neighbors. Outdoor dogs bark and whimper off and on. I hardly slept. Ear plugs were provided but these don't work well for me.
House was updated and nice on the inside, but again, just can't recommend based on noise.

Overall, pretty good.
May not look like much outside, but really nice inside. Location is the only problem. This relates only to traffic noise from major street nearby. Most probably wouldn't be bothered, but I found it to be pretty noisy in the master bedroom until 1:00 or 2:00 am.

University Visit
This past week I took my sister and her friend who are both seniors in Highschool to visit Wichita State University. We wanted a comfortable place to stay, and as I am a WSU grad I was partial to College Hill as I had lived there. The stay was comfortable, cozy, and a perfect place to unwind. The beds were comfortable, blackout blinds and curtains were perfect if you need it to be really dark to sleep. One feature that all three of us loved were the bed stands that had wireless phone charging. It was such a nice addition, especially since so many people forget their phone charger! We got our use out of the TV and enjoyed using it when we had down time in between activities. The location is awesome because of the many food options available and different price ranges. Overall great experience and would book again!

Updated charm near Wesley
We needed to stay close to Wesley hospital and this home was perfect! Updated but kept with the original charm of the home. Neighborhood felt safe. There is no washer/dryer but otherwise the home had everything you might need. Emily was a wonderful host!

Enjoyed my stay here. Loved it!
This place is very charming.
I truly enjoyed my stay here. We were looking for a place to stay while getting our daughter settled at WSU. The pictures of the place are true. So comfortable. I work remotely and was able to use the desk area for work while there. Took some time to chill and watch Hallmark movies in the cozy living area. The kitchen has what you need, coffee and snacks were available. The beds were super comfortable. Felt safe while staying there. Great location for us. Truly loved my stay there. Thanks to Emily for being a super host. Looking forward to staying here again when visiting our daughter at college.
