'Nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. I arrived a bit too early and they were able to provide me with a room hours before my check-in time. I did notice that the elevators were a bit too crowded when there are Conferences going on and since you're not able to easily switch elevators, you might stop on every floor before getting to the lobby (which might be a few of you're high up). Other than that, loved my stay here and would definitely come back again'

'I loved everything about my 3 night stay at The Fairmont Pacific Rim! What a beautiful and well run hotel! Every person I interacted with at the hotel was so professional, so friendly and so accommodating. 10/10 for housekeeping and all of the staff that I didn't meet directly, but are obviously at the top of their game as well. Truly next level hospitality in every way. I felt totally valued as a customer and I even though staying here was a splurge for me, I felt like I got a great deal! ...

'Run don't walk to the Hyatt Downtown Vancouver (formerly Shangri-La). Best concierge ever, world-class service. Food and in-room dining are great. Turndown service is amazing. The staff were incredible and had attention to detail like I've not seen in any other 5-star establishment. The interiors of the hotel are so chic and beautiful. I could not highly recommend enough. I will definitely be staying here again. '
