'THe rooms was just what we needed for a working weekend. 3/4 of our band stayed there this weekend. The only drawback was the headboard of the bed needed to be padded and the bed needed more pillows. One was not enough. '

'I stayed in the Cypress Room - which had picture windows with a beautiful view of the cove. The room was large with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was upscale- especially the shower. There was a small refrigerator and a Nespresso machine was available and well stocked. The only issue was that the room is only serviced every 3 days, which I did not expect. The housekeeping staff, when I did speak to them were always pleasant and it was easy to get additional supplies by texting the owners....

'Bowen is a dream in spring and summer. This gorgeous home is a short (and beautiful) walk from the village shops. Also a great starting point for hikes and beaches. 'We enjoyed a peaceful week at this log cabin. It has a lovely front porch and larger side deck for sitting and enjoying the serene surroundings. The kitchen is well-stocked and has a handy mud/laundry room. The hosts are helpful and warm and we enjoyed the daily visits from Rancher, their black Labrador. We hope to be able to return again in the future.'
