'Goed Hotel vlakbij de haven en winkels. Parkeren in een wat mindere garage, wat niet past bij de uitstraling van het Hotel. Liften parkeergarage werken niet.'

'Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes.'
