Great for multiple families! Cedar Creek Ranch is your own private paradise on the eastern shores of Lake Whitney with its own private pool. It features beach and lake access directly behind the 14 acres upon which it is located and it just minutes from White Bluff Resort and Golf Course. The ranch is decorated in luxurious southern style throughout and has everything you could possibly imagine for the ultimate entertainment both indoors and outdoors. Cedar Creek Ranch is the perfect location for family vacations, reunions and corporate retreats. Brand new pool built in 2023 and new and improved outdoor kitchen in spring 2024.

This house is amazing! The location is virtually private and beyond spacious. We had 17 guys stay for a bachelor party….we played ping pong, pool, and shuffle board inside. Its is very open, beautiful views of the back pasture and lake. You just feel like you are at a Lodge! Played corn hole and washers outside. The barbecue smoker is as good as it gets….smoked briskets. We also cooked steaks on the propane grill. A short walk will get you on the banks of the lake. Deer make their way around the property frequently. If you are looking for a group event with lots of space this is it. I honestly don’t think the photos do the place justice! All 17 Guest LOVED the venue and want to go back!! Well done and thank you to the owner!!!!

Another Great Stay

This is now our third year at this property for Christmas and it honestly gets better and better each year! The owners continues to invest in new amenities, pool, outdoor kitchen, furniture, etc. I am afraid to keep pouring on praise for fear we can’t get in next year due to demand!!

The king bed frame in the right bedroom in the 2nd building was broken when we arrived, we were able to fix it enough to use. My son was able to temporarily fix the back door to the main house so it would close properly and not let in flies. There were lots of dead bees in the shuttle board box when we arrived, hopefully they were vacuumed up before the next visitors arrived. There were other areas that needed vacuuming, (under beds, under couch cushions, etc. We were so glad to have the pool. The nicely mowed path to the lake was great! We all loved the large room in the main house. We enjoyed our visit and would consider returning. Betty

Spring family fishing

We fell in love with this property from the moment we opened the doors. It was perfect for our family. We were supposed to go fishing, but mother nature reared her head and it rained. The lodge was amazing with so much space and areas to relax. There was room for all of us to play games together or break off for pool, shuffle board or ping pong. The covered areas outside were a real blessing with the rain we had. We will definitely be returning, and hopefully for longer than a weekend!

Great Family Reunion

This is not a house but a compound. The main building has a good kitchen open to a HUGE common room, shown in the photos but more impressive by far, and a few bedrooms. The two best bedrooms are in an out-building with their own cozy living room/parlor. The common areas were expansive enough for our six family groups to gather when they wanted without all being on top of one another. No photos can do justice to the views from the back porch. There are comfortable beds for a small army, but more than 5-6 couples/small families will find sharing the bathrooms limiting. We can recommend Bar-B-Que Chef's Smokehouse nearby, and the guides for striped bass at Guaranteed Fishing Service have remarkable fishing and people skills - they even clean your catch for you!

It was a great property for our needs. The house was big enough to accommodate us. The pool was a plus for the kids. The dumpster was a bit small for our needs because it was partially full when we got there. Excellent property and great host.

Another Great Stay!

My family just completed our second year at Cedar Creek Ranch and I cannot say enough great things about the property and it's owner. Multiple improvements were made from last year, and we thought last year was fantastic. Too cold to swim in then new pool, but it is beautiful, new outdoor furniture in multiple areas, a new 2 door commercial fridge in the kitchen was awesome and allowed us more than enough space for our 40+ dinner guests. New beds in one of the rooms for a "Kids Bunkhouse" was a hit with the younger group. I have booked a lot of VRBO rentals, the owner of this property is a standout and the most communicative I have ever encountered. Pictures are great, but they dont do the total property justice. See you next Christmas for what is now a family tradition.

Pros: Amazing location, great amenities, super spacious with warm and friendly host……. Cons: Property needs some serious TLC. Everything in prior reviews holds true so I have to admit, nothing was a shock but having those prior concerns fixed, would have definitely made our experience even better.

Great place for large group to gather

We had 27 in our group and had a wonderful stay. The common area is huge and a wonderful area to be in for everyone. Three large tables and lots of barstools. Also, lots of sitting areas for visiting and the view is wonderful. There needs to be a bathroom for the common area and a larger refrigerator. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

We were pleasantly surprised about how large this property and accommodations are. The open area inside main house was large enough for our entire group. Has a detached bunk house, large outdoor kitchen, eating areas, pool etc. Needed more than 2 days to really use all the amenities that were offered. Great views! Love this place!

Family Graduation Weekend

This is the perfect location to host a large gathering and group stay. It's got the club house style set up for the common areas with large multi-bed and multi-shower/toilet bathrooms in three of the bedrooms. This made it easier to double up as guest bathrooms for our celebration with day guests. Very spacious! It accommodated all ages for our group. Other than bringing extra towels and possibly your paper goods, it's all set.
