Lower walkout level has 2 bedrooms, one with king bed and walk out patio seating area also with view. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Bathroom with shower and laundry on this level. Main area has living room with leather furniture, wood-burning fireplace, wall mounted HDTV, wifi, kitchen with eating bar and full bathroom with tub/shower combo. (Firewood is available for purchase at the office. After hours, a bundle of firewood can be purchased at the kiosk )Third bedroom is the upper loft with queen bed. **Circular staircase not suitable for small children or people with mobility issues**
Full access to Ptarmigan Village amenities include indoor saltwater pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, outdoor pool in summer, Elmer's pond (stocked with trout) & playground. Ptarmigan private beach on Whitefish Lake is a short drive down the mountain. There are walking trails throughout the village as well as many beautiful hikes in the area.
The town of Whitefish, a short 15 minute drive down the mountain, is a year round resort town with great restaurants, shops, live theatre, festivals and a lively night life. Golfing, skiing, boating, your activity, winter or summer, Whitefish has it! The beautiful Glacier National Park is a 30 minute drive from the town of Whitefish.
