'I was charged for a safe service and I noticed it later. They should not be charging us for that. We have not used it and the customer service should keep us aware about this fee. When I was adjusting the water before talking a shower, the shower curtain fell on me and the metal pipe hurt my back so bad in my back and my head. My 4 y o child was with me and it touched his head a little as well.'

'King bed had a hard thin mattress only 3 pillows, sheets were very rough. TV was very small maybe 32" maybe. No coffee maker, no microwave, no glasses in bathroom area, no ice bucket or option of ice. Jacuzzi tub was very nice. Adequate amount of towels were provided. A bit costly for what was not provided. There was a stove and fridge along with dishes available. You were supposed to clean your own dishes but there was no dish soap in the bottle. If you were staying long term this might be...

'Don’t be fooled by the Best Western name. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. When concerns were brought forward, staff and management were dismissive and my concerns were not taken seriously. Staff were also taking personal calls on speaker phone. I would also recommend that guests carefully review their credit card statements after their stay to ensure all charges are accurate. In addition, the advertised amenities did not match what was represented when booking....
