Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire upper suite of this home via a separate, contactless entrance reached by a smart lock. This includes the primary and secondary bedrooms, both full bathrooms and the powder room, kitchen, living and family rooms, laundry, covered side patio, and all balconies, including the top-floor balcony. One driveway space and one garage stall (right side of the garage only) are reserved for this suite. A basement-level suite with its own private entrance is separately occupied and is not part of this rental.



The Neighborhood:

This home sits directly on Marine Drive in White Rock, one of Metro Vancouver's most beloved seaside communities. Just steps away, the White Rock promenade stretches along the beach, lined with cafés and shops, leading to the iconic White Rock Pier. The vibe here is relaxed and beachy, with locals and visitors strolling the waterfront, cycling the promenade, and gathering for sunset views over the ocean.



Getting Around:

White Rock is easily explored on foot, with the beach promenade right outside the door connecting to shops, restaurants, and the pier. Bus routes along Marine Drive and Johnston Road offer public transit connections throughout Surrey and into Vancouver. Highway 99 is a short drive away, providing quick access to the Peace Arch border crossing, Vancouver, and the Fraser Valley. Free driveway and garage parking are included for guests with a vehicle.



Other Things to Note:

• This home does not have central air conditioning. Portable fans are provided throughout for added comfort on warmer days, and guests are welcome to cool off at the beach directly across the street.

• The basement level of this home is separately occupied by a long-term tenant with their own private, locked entrance and is not part of this rental.

• Please note this is a shared driveway/garage property — the right side of the garage and one driveway spot are designated for this suite only; the left side belongs to a separate long-term tenant and must not be used.

• Exterior security cameras are located at the entry and driveway area for safety; there are no cameras inside the rental unit.

• Please note that the home is spread across multiple levels, with stair access connecting all spaces.

• As much as we love furry friends, we’re unable to host pets at this home.
