The 2 level, 4-bedroom 3 bath home offers all the comforts of a beautiful Vermont vacation home, including a brand new hot tub and sauna. Multiple living spaces for families to hang out. Sunroom with ample seating to enjoy your fall evenings playing games and sipping cocktails. If you need to work remotely, enjoy a standing desk in the primary bedroom. Enjoy ample sunshine through its impressive prow and cozy up next to one of the two large stone gas fireplaces on each level.
Unwind in the primary bathroom suite with its luxurious soaker tub or take advantage of amenities like the sauna and hot tub for ultimate relaxation. As you enter this inviting home, you will be immediately taken by the warmth and cozy atmosphere of the lower level living room with a gas fireplace nestled in the corner. There are two bedrooms, both with Queen beds on this level as well as a sauna, laundry room and gorgeous fully renovated bathroom.
As you make your way upstairs, you will not be disappointed. The thoughtfully arranged open living space is a dream for gathering. The living room and dining room adjoin the cheerful kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and Swiss Madison Farmhouse sink. You will also find the most amazing loft overlooking the living space, the perfect place to curl up with a good book, or listen to a great podcast while being close to buzz of everyone enjoying life below, yet a distinctly private hideaway. The Main level is host to two additional bedrooms, the impressive Primary Bedroom Suite with fully renovated bathroom and storage galore as well as an adorable bedroom with two twin beds, a perfect room for kids or adults alike!
This property can accommodate up to 8 guests. The bed set-up includes, a queen in the primary suite, two twins in the upstairs guest room and a queen each in the two downstairs guests rooms. The garage is home to many activities as well; including a Ping Pong table and life size Connect 4.
The garage is also equipped with a Tesla EV charger for your convenience.
Guest Access:
We offer convenient door codes for self-check-in. Quechee Lakes Rentals by Portoro uses convenient keyless entry for self check-in, details provided 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival by email and text message.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 3 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

In the summer months, members and renters can enjoy several outdoor activities. The Club offers two championship 18-hole golf courses, Lakeland & Highland, with stunning scenery and conditions. Tennis courts are spread throughout the community with professional tennis lessons and enjoyable competition. Renters can also enjoy the state-of-the-art aquatic center featuring an indoor & outdoor pool with an active kid's zone. In the winter months, Ski Quechee is our featured amenity. Open Friday through Sunday, take the family out for an exciting day on expertly groomed terrain. The Club features a full winter recreational calendar, including snowshoeing, x-country skiing, sledding, and much more! Outside of our seasonal offerings, there is so much more at Quechee. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date. We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check in. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions. We are available to guests 24/7 for any inquiries.
