'We arrived at the property very late in the evening. When we went up to our room, in was not locked, the door was open (probably from cleaning). Old keys from last gues were still in room, toothpaste in sink, candy wrappers on the floor. We said something to the front desk and they told us they had no other rooms, so they could not move us.'

'Clean room, nice gym, decent breakfast with a lot of options! There are posted rules about “quiet hours”. The hallways were so quiet at night, as a light sleeper this was a major bonus!'

'The room was terrible and not properly cleaned! Towels were stained with hair on several of them as well as the wash clothes! The toilet was severely stained inside the toilet bowl. The tub was stained as well as paint peeling in the inside of the tub! The sink water took over 5 minutes to get warm! The towel holder was dirty and dusty! The remote to the TV was dirty, sticky, and stained, i didn't even touch it! The fridge and microwave was dirty inside and out! This was the most terrible...

'Staff were super welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and didn’t have the typical icky hotel smell. There had been a lot of rain recently so it would have been beneficial to have a rug when you walk into the room to keep the floor dry and from getting dirty. A towel by the shower door would have been helpful too. Lots of good places to eat nearby. Overall, for the price, I’d stay there again. '

'Parking is right by your room.Rooms could of been cleaner. I love the wall in shower, great water pressure. Staff are foreign men, so not friendly yo female customers. '

'The room was not very clean. There were stains on the bedding. The room was dusty. There were hairs on the “clean towels” in the bathroom and dead bugs in the pool area. '

'We did not stay! Trying to get our money back. Its nothing like the picture, no handsoap, no breakfast, pool is closed. Offered no alternaitves. '

'Well maintained facility '

'Where do I start? The maintenance crew would be where to start. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the sink faucet was very loose and moving around, the toilet was running, but my husband fixed that. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the bottles provided. '

'The hotel was conveniently close to I-80. Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our breakfast was good. We especially loved the biscuits!'

'The room was very clean to even yo the commodes rim 💯 However, the housekeeping could have been better. Wasn't sure whether there was maid service after two days without cleaning the room. We had to asked the front desk about clean towels and service.'

Unfortunately that meant my husband, son and myself all had to share a bed.
