'We are kiters so it is a fantastic location. Right on the Beach. The only AC is in the bedroom which worked great for sleeping but this means the rest of the house has no AC so keep the windows open. The screens need fixing and not all the windows will open because they are old and broken. Everything else worked in the house. Good water pressure in the shower too. If you are fine with the humidity and breeze you will be ok. I think the sofa is a pull out but I wouldn't make anyone sleep on it...

'Crayton was very communicative and welcoming and gave us a ton of great info. The villa was super clean, beautiful and had everything we needed. Gregoire did a great job on the grounds, it was all perfectly maintained and the beach and water were just as advertised. '

'The room overlooked the pool. There is no beach view, but a short walk to a dedicated area on the beach with a limited number of chairs and unbrellas. You needed to arrive before 8:00 am to get a chair with an umbrella guaranteed while we were there early march.A short walk to a lot of very fun restaurants and taverns. Very family friendly'
