'The locate is so peaceful and close enough for local beach activities, restaurants and shopping centers. The neighborhood was well groomed with no local disturbance of crimes. Some building constructions was going on and it was not disturbing at all to my early morning rise I loved it, Mrs. Sophie is awesome! I will return and I will look for this exact same location and room. '

'After I reserved and paid for the property, the owner let me know it is not available and asked me to move to a different unit. This was last minute, so I didn't really have a choice. They said the new unit is better, but it didn't have a king size bed, which was why I chose the other unit. This unit was very minimal, with almost no amenities. 'I stayed for 2 weeks to learn how to kiteboard. I had lessons at South Padre Island but things were not progressing very well. Markus an Simon helped me the entire 2 weeks. By the last 2 days I went to beach on my own, rigged and kited both days for 3 hours each. The place was great and I will go again maybe for a month next time. '
