About the home
This one bedroom ski in/out suite is located directly adjacent to the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain and enjoys a private, quiet location. Cozy up to the gas fireplace in the winter months and enjoy the cool patio in the summer. Shared laundry is available in the complex as well as a complimentary ski & snowboard storage.

The Aspens is an updated lodge-style building, nestled slope side on Blackcomb Mountain with ski in/ski out convenience. Guests are within walking distance of both Blackcomb Base and Whistler Village. A highly desirable location.

Parking is available at C$26/day in a secure, heated, underground parking lot. Height restrictions may apply.
⌂ This townhouse does not have air conditioning. Portable fans are provided in each bedroom and the living area.
⌂ Ski-in, ski-out ability depends on the snow levels and lift operations. You can typically ski-in and out between mid - December and end of March. You can call our reservation agents a few days before your arrival to get an update on current conditions.
⌂ No smoking, no pets, no parties, no bikes permitted inside units, minimum booking age of 25.
⌂ Base occupancy is 2 adults and max occupancy is 4 adults. The third and the fourth adult pay C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.

Excellent location. Hot tubs. Heated pools. The only quibble I had is that there was only one coffee pod left for a three day stay. Also, make sure to bring any provisions or supplies and there's very little provided. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Be ready for mountain bike Mecca! They own the town! This also means they have no regard for vehicles, rules of the road, pedestrians or the handicapped. This also includes employees of Whistler property management companies. While waiting for the parking garage driveway to clear they will drive around you and take the right of way.

For stays at the Aspens it should be disclosed that access to the village is either by walking or driving. Parking is not often available so walking down part of the ski hill on unpaved surface is not suitable for seniors with physical issues. Not only down the hill but up the hill after you are done in the village. This should be disclosed, giving people time to look for availability closer to the village

Wonderful mountain side condo

The property was perfect for a weekend of skiing! It was right off the Merlin run and a couple min walk to the gondola. The place was clean, had a really well stocked kitchen. The bed and pull out couch were both very comfy and there was plenty of blankets and pillows. Awesome stay!
