The Space:

Soft winter light settles over the evergreens outside your private deck as you ease into the day, the air crisp and still at the base of Blackcomb Mountain. Inside, the glow of the gas fireplace gathers you into a warm, welcoming retreat after time on the slopes. Forest views frame the open living area, offering a quiet backdrop for slow mornings and fireside evenings.



Sleeping arrangements

This condo sleeps up to four guests in a one-bedroom plus den layout designed for comfort. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, wardrobe storage, and a TV. The den features a tri-bunk bed, ideal for children or additional guests. While this space is designed as a den and does not have an external window, it offers a comfortable and private sleeping space with convenient proximity to the second bathroom. Two full bathrooms support relaxed routines, one with a bathtub and heated floors and the other with a glass-enclosed shower.



Living spaces

The open-concept living area invites you to unwind with a gas fireplace, TV, Bose stereo, and Smart Blu-ray player. A large bay window draws in forest scenery, and the private deck offers a peaceful spot for a breath of fresh mountain air. A mudroom-style entry provides space to organize gear, and in-suite laundry adds practical ease throughout your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped for home cooking with stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space. A Nespresso coffee machine is available, with pods offered for purchase. Enjoy meals at the dining table for six, or grab a quick bite at the bar seating before heading out for the day.



Amenities & access

Ski access connects you directly to Merlin’s run on Blackcomb Mountain, with availability depending on seasonal conditions. Guests also have use of the shared outdoor pool heated year-round, Whistler’s largest hot tub, a fitness gym, and secure shared storage for skis and bikes. Additional conveniences include underground parking, a private entrance, a portable air conditioning unit in the living room for warmer months, heating, and building staff available for check-in support.



Neighborhood

Set in Whistler’s Upper Village, the condo places you within easy reach of the Blackcomb Gondola, dining, and shops. The village center is a short walk or a quick ride on the free shuttle. After a day exploring Whistler’s winter landscape, return to the hot tub, unwind in the heated pool, or settle into the quiet comfort of this forest-side home base.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.



The Neighborhood:

The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.

• Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop



Other Things to Note:

• Air conditioning. There is an air conditioning unit in the living room only. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.

• The den does not have windows.

• Skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units.

• Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.

Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

We have stayed at Woodrun several times. Suite and facility were exactly as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the hot tub and pool were out of service during our visit, but Whistler Platinum honoured their rental terms and gave us a 10% discount to make up for this. Highly recommended.

Great location

Overall I think cleanliness and location are far and away the most important things for a ski rental, and this was great on both fronts. Excellent location along the slope with just a short hike down the hill to Upper Village. We were a little surprised about how small the second bedroom is, but as just a place to crash for the night it worked fine.

Everything about the place was lovely. The view outside the balcony was lovely and peaceful. Kitchen equipped well with a real big oven. Not much space to store groceries though other than the fridge or freezer (which is a good size) The pillows as said in previous reviews were not great, I think they are pretty new, they just werent too comfortable. The pool area was very busy, but it was such a hot two weeks I guess it was expected. We loved the location, but we arrived by bus with kids and suitcases in tow and it is uphill! This could be an issue with some guests. It was clean enough and was equipped well for our 2 week stay. Overall we were happy with the stay.

A save by the management company - overall great stay!

The say started with, what for us was a huge disappointment: the property hot tub was broken! Our group has some back issues and kids that love the hot tub after skiing and actually selected the property based on the size and quality of the pool and hot tub. So when we got there and discovered the broken hot tub we felt like we had been duped. We didn't recall any prior notification so in short we were mad. And while we did miss out on using the tub for the bulk of our stay the management company did all they could to get the repair completed and even granted us extra time on the last day to use the tub. They were also very responsive and courteous throughout. I had actually planned a not so good review, but they pulled out the save in the end. We will likely be back (but will confirm in advance the tub is functioning ;) .

Great Location, Decent lodging.

The Location cannot be beat, it is ski-in ski-out to the Upper Village. It is on the bus route, when the buses aren't on strike, and has underground parking. The lodging itself is okay, on par with many other corporate owned housing options. It does not appear to be a personal owned residence that is being rented. As such, many of the products you would expect are not available. I.e. Crockpot, Instantpot, Salt, Pepper, General Spices, coffee filters, etc. It does have all the plates, glasses, flatware, that a group of 6 would need.

The staff at Whistler Platinum were amazing. Great customer service. I have stayed at other ski in ski out properties on Blackcomb and this one is ideally located. The rooms were stocked and very clean. The only nit is the decor and place is showing its age and the second bedroom is truly small and ok for kids but not another couple... But those are minor issues if you want the convenience and comfort.

Short walk down to the village, plus ski in/out access right by the main gondola. Easiest spot to hit first chair! Cozy rooms, and access to lockers and hot tub and pool. Very friendly staff. Gated indoor parking access as well.

Slightly dated in areas but clean and comfortable, with helpful staff. Good location with a short walk to the Upper Village and a very reasonable walk to Whistler Village. No complaints!
