Communication was excellent. Location was great and we were within walking distance of everything. As far as the garage we were a little worried parking a suburban with prior reviews of the spots being too small but it was just big enough. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location, comfortable and homey. Nice clean bathrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed for occasional meals in. I was worried it would be loud at night but it was surprisingly quiet. Very straightforward and easy to follow instructions from the property manager.

Property is in a good location and near everything in the village. View of the mountains and the park from the balcony is wonderful. Parking spots are very cramped , anything larger than a compact to mid size SUV would be very difficult to park. Master shower glass leaks considerably , enough to soak the bath mat and requiring clean up .

Disappointing Stay - Not as Advertised
Unfortunately, our experience was not as relaxing as we had hoped. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed crackers and scraps of paper on the rug in front of the sofa, which had been missed by both the cleaners and the property manager who was still on site. I pointed it out to her right away.While I was aware of the pool maintenance mentioned in the listing, there was no mention of roofing work, which began early in the morning. This unit is on the top floor, so the noise was especially disruptive, making it hard to relax. Had I known about the roofing maintenance, I would have chosen a different property at a similar price.The shower in the primary bathroom also has issues—there’s no door, just a partial blocker with gaps where hinges should be, which causes water to leak onto the floor. Additionally, the mattress in the primary bedroom is uncomfortable and appears worn out, with noticeable dips.I contacted the property manager regarding the roofing noise. She said she would check whether the construction notice was included at the time of booking but never followed up with me. I found this dismissive, especially after explaining that I wouldn’t have chosen this unit had I known about the noise.All in all, this stay did not meet expectations, and I would hesitate to book this property again.

Great space, great location, good vibes!
Perfect location across from the concert lawn, where we got to listen to fabulous music the 1st night. Perfect for 2 families, split floorplan and cute loft which the kids loved. Was a little hot in the loft area since it is summer, but I bet it is cozy during the winter. We will be back next year for sure!

Excellent location, beautiful condo
My family of 5 plus in-laws stayed here for a long weekend in July. The condo was clean, spacious, and well maintained. The loft with bunkbeds was a great place for kids to go to bed while parents stayed up. And the balcony overlooking the Olympic plaza was awesome. Activities on the plaza did result in noise until about 9 PM due to a concert, but it calmed down promptly after that. Definitely recommend for families.

Awesome location and fantastic service
Amazing location. Accommodation was everything we hoped for and more. We spent 3 nights riding the bike park. Very close to the lifts and restaurants. When we go back next year we will definitely stay here again. I left a few items at the condo. The team worked hard to locate my items from the cleaners and shipped them to me.

Great space and location!!
This condo was great - the space is nice, we were staying 4 adults and 2 kids and it never felt small. Kitchen is well stocked in terms of cookware. The beds were comfortable. Nice to be by the village stroll and grocery store, right across from the playground as well. Not too far to walk to the gondolas, about 10 minutes with ski boots on. The only con I can think of is the lack of water pressure in one of the showers and there was no hot water the first evening we got there so we weren’t able to take showers or give baths to the kids. Otherwise, wonderful place!

We had a great stay. LOVED the central location.
Pros: Accurate pictures. Nicely appointed. Laundry, hot tub access were nice perks!
Cons: Tight space for 6, definitely too small for 8. Cleaning was not thorough - we moved coffee table to do yoga - eww, dishes in cabinets weren't clean. As other reviewers have noted - it's noisy below - especially early, but also late... (2am drunk people one night). Especially if the windows are open when warm.
