U r not allowed to play catch in the pool and a security guard informed us although this was not monitored equally and other people did it without being told not to. Also people saved pool seats for hours without being there but it was not a crowded week. We had icecream on...

'The Staff were kind, friendly and professional. They remembered our names and were exceptionally hospital. The hotel's grounds, rooms, and lobby were modern decor with spacious seating and viewing areas. We would surely recommend the hotel to all travelers who want to stay at a location that's classy, affordable, and close to the attractions that Myrtle Beach has to offer.'

'Pro's: direct on the beach, room is big enough, clean. There's a fridge, a microwave and a coffeemaker with coffee. Not the season for a pool, but it looked nice. Cons: for the cold nights the blankets didn't do it. Putting on the heating unit made so much noise that you couldn't sleep through it. The wall/door to the adjacent room made it that you could literally follow the conversation there. '

'I was exhausted coming from early morning flights. A customer was ranting and raving about the poor condition her room was in. The staff member didn’t acknowledge me and allowed the customer to complain. The customer finally left after 5 minutes. I found it extremely rude not to acknowledge me. The room floor was sticky. The elevator smelled of rancid piss for a day. I didn’t have enough towels.'

'The bathroom and the floor throughout the room was filthy. There was hair and sand and it was just dirty. Our door keys stopped working 3 different days and we were only there for 4 nights. The room door kept getting stuck and was told they would come fix it, but never did. We would literally had to slam into the door to get it to open or close. 'Hilton should be embarrassed to have this hotel as part of their Tapestry Collection. The grounds are filthy and not well maintained. There is bird poop covering the floor of the parking area and trash littered everywhere. Every single surface looks grimy. Same for the elevators and walkways to the rooms (the rooms are accessed via outside “hallways”). Honestly I can’t believe people are comfortable walking barefoot. Same goes for the room. 'The lady’s at the front desk were so sweet and had awesome customer service and it was me and my family first time and loved it we will be back'

'The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and that’s why I’m giving more than one star. Also, it was relatively clean, but my room did have a distinct smell of urine. Also, I checked what time the incredibly loud music is supposed to stop, and it’s 9 PM when the bar closes. However, last night the music went till after 11 PM and I had to call two times and say Your music is supposed to stop at 9 PM… It’s a Monday night, Can you help me out here so I can get some sleep?! …. 'Great hotel for the money. Pool area was great and so was the room. Not as beachfront as they say, it’s across the street to the beach access. Rooms were great, very clean, great bed, only downside was a very small bathroom. Overall I would definitely stay there again.'

'The view was very nice and we enjoyed the restaurant. The room was clean- only thing I would say is the tub was very slippery so just be careful when showering and the conditioner was empty. Staff there were all friendly; check in was a breeze and the map was very helpful. Food at the restaurant was delicious.'

'The guy who checked us in was absolutely the sweetest! And his little sidekick (dog) made it even sweeter. They were very kind to us and the room was clean, comfy and wonderful. Just what we needed for one night! 😊 would definitely suggest to anyone staying for a short period of time. Honestly you can’t beat it for the price.'
