'Price was right, free parking was included. Room and bathroom were clean. The owner was very kind and helpful choosing the right restaurant for dinner. It was also surprisingly quiet during the night although the motel is at the main road. We enjoyed our stay.'

'Right in the town centre so easy to walk to cafes and the shops. Good sized room, adequate cooking facilities, really quiet except for the rubbish truck at 4.30am!'

'The room was spotless and shining, with everything you and walking distance to the local restaurants, cafes etc.'

'Great motel to stay at. Friendly staff, good location and good facilities.'

'I would have never expected that anything filthy like this exists in New Zealand and is listed on Expedia. I booked 3 Deluxe Rooms. What we found was a run down filthy place and only one room booked for us, although I was charged for 3 "Deluxe Rooms" . We were offered one additional room, which was a "Family Room" with 5 beds, which we then had to share. We have never seen anything as bad as this before. On top of this it was unbelievably noisy, right above their pub with loud music and yelling...

'Good overall thanks. Good off street parking'
