'Arrived there and no one was there - no nail - no digital key. A phone number that was not valud. So i had to book another hotel last minute. After that also no communication so i paid 2 hotels that night. First time in 20 years travel i have such a bad experience'

'There is a quaint meeting area that has chairs and a fire place when you first walk in. The room was extremely clean. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. I suffer from back pain, but this is the first time sleeping at a hotel where my back didn’t hurt the next day. The free buffet breakfast was also good. Very friendly staff. Close to amenities in Madison and Huntsville as well as The airport. Highly recommend.'

'Had to work on this trip the WiFi was great and when I checked out I was still working they allowed me to keep using the WiFi and finish my work day they were very accommodating. Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and the surrounding area is beautiful. Gym was great to utilize also!'

'The room was in unacceptable condition. There was visible black mold surrounding the bathtub, the sheets appeared unclean with stains and crumbs (we did not feel comfortable sleeping in them and slept fully clothed on top), and the entire room had a strong musty odor. Additionally, the AC/heat unit was malfunctioning—when running, it made extremely loud, concerning noises and switching to heat made the odor significantly worse. The room was either freezing or unbearable, and the unit sounded...

'I stay for the convienence to friends and have stayed at this Red Roof several times. Pet friendly. Place is clean and well lit. Only downside is that they need to keep up with maintence. I found the toilet seat very worn and missing mount pad. AC units do not seem to remove humidity from the room and settings would not accept what was put in. '

'Location and overall price was great… complementary breakfast was absolutely upsetting; both mornings were nothing but excuses… “Truck / Delivery haven’t delivered yet…” Granola bars and cold coffee are not breakfast. Other than that really no big complaints…'
