Beach Studio with King size bed, a bathroom and kitchen, off street parking

Very close to the beach and multiple boat ramps with a large self contained studio. There is plenty of parking and the studio contains a King size bed, a bathroom with shower and a small kitchen and a lounge area. This is all on a flat section 1/2 a minute to the general store and 2 minutes walk to the beach.
There is a Bar B Que and room for a boat and car to be parked off the road.
Access to washing machine and drier if required.
We are situated on the corner of Bermuda Place and One Tree Point Road with vehicle access opposite the One Tree Point Store which has Dive tank refills, bait etc and most things that a general store carries.
Surf beaches are nearby but access to Whangarei Harbour is right on the doorstep. Very good fishing in Bream Bay and charter boats are available at the local marina. Whangarei city is a 30 minute drive away, Waipu is 15 Minutes down the road and Ruakaka a short drive with a local shopping centre and a racecourse
