There is room to park a boat (up to 5 metres) and there is a bonus outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach.



Double-glazing, portable fans and heaters will keep you comfortable all year round.



Whether you’re heading out for a morning swim, wandering into town or simply enjoying a slower pace, this is an easy base for a classic Whangamatā beach holiday.

Parking: Off-street parking for up to 4 vehicles on the grass inside the gates (including boat parking). Additional parking outside the fence. The property is on a shared driveway.

Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.



Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.



STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
