Overall a good stay. Spoilt a little as we stayed previously and didn't have to pay for the pool etc. This time however we did as we booked through Expedia, although we tried to book direct there was no room availability. I think it should be as it says on the best western website,if your a resident then it's all included.

Very friendly staff. Very welcoming. Which makes a big difference to the experience. The swimming pool staff were very welcoming. All a credit to the company.

You will pay extra each day you use the pool & spa. This is IF you book with Expedia. If you book direct with hotel you don’t pay. They wantbto disuade 3rd party bookins. But on arrival makes you feel a bit like an unwanted guest. To be fair to Best Western, I don't feel Expedia make this clear. Pool is open to public too, so in spite of paying twice: once for an evening use and once for a morning use, the jacuzzi and small sauna never available to us as users sat in them for hours. So more like having a public pool attached to property with no rota system for the spa element. Not located on seafront. Views on 2nd floor of roof of building, loadi g bay and staff carpark. Noisy. Room clean and pleasant. Breakfast fine.

I have stayed here many times before but this time I was put in a ground floor room where the floorboards of the room above squeaked. Fortunately, the occupant went to bed early. However, I was woken at 12.30 by the noise of a television in the adjacent room. There was an interconnecting door which was locked but provided no sound insulation. At 1.30 I got up and knocked on the door and asked the occupant to turn it down. Fortunately they complied. Luckily, I was only booked in for one night. I moved on to another hotel to get a decent nights sleep.

Lovely hotel - delicious food, we enjoyed the pool
We had a wonderful stay here while we explored the Jurassic Coast the first week of January. It was raining for most of our trip, however, the pool was open and we were able to swim with our kids at any time. We ate dinner in the restaurant both nights as we enjoyed the first night and it was an easy option with our kids. The hotel itself is a bit tired looking, but the pool, food and friendly service makes up for all of it. We highly recommend it!

The room was clean and the staff were lovely. It was just before Christmas and we appreciated the decorations, which were splendid. We did not appreciate the Christmas party revellers, who were very loud in the bar. They were given priority when it came to restaurant bookings, meaning we ate very late, when staff were free to cater for us. We would stay again, but not at Christmas.

Great Location and a Decent Budget Hotel.
Parking was plentiful so that was a bonus. You’re literally a two minute walk from the beach and maybe a ten min walk from the main part of Weymouth. Gemma met me at reception and was lovely and friendly…always a good start. The room was pretty basic….but warm and clean. The shower was good and hot with plenty of pressure…once I encouraged the shower head to stay in the one position. The bed was ok and, like I say the room was very basic…but clean. The for the price (I paid less that £130 for two nights) you cannot go wrong. Don’t come expecting luxury at this price.

Quiet hotel and easy to find and park, very tired with the decor. Food was nice and not expensive. Can’t comment on area or breakfast etc as didn’t use, room was nice and a good size. Only complaint was the room was heated by a single radiator which didn’t do a good job but would stay again.

Great stay at the Rembrandt
Upon arrival a member of the reception staff helped us as we had a pan, and gave us a room that was close to the lift.This was really appreciated and made our trips to and from the car during the day much easier. The staff were warm and friendly and nothing was too much of an ask. Would definitely book again and recommend to other people.

Good hotel
Two night stay in October was excellent, with the staff all very friendly. The restaurant, although a bit like a canteen, was very good as well.
