« We loved our stay at the IKEA hotel! Super cozy and convinient! Just across the parking from the museum (in the first IKEA store) and the restaurant Grill. The concept is axed on " family/feel like home with living room, kitchen, terrasse and landry room looking like the showroom of the store but full functional. We end up doing as per their recommendation: enjoying peaceful time picking bluberries in the garden while waiting our laundry (it's free!). »

« We booked a Large room through Hotels.com, but upon arrival, we were given a Medium room. We asked why, and were told that Large rooms are not dog-friendly. This isn't mentioned on Hotels.com or their website. We were very disappointed. At reception, I was told the dog supplement was 500 SEK, so I wouldn't pay the supplement for the Medium room, but the hotel website states it's only 300 SEK. « Un agréable petit hôtel composé de cabanes indépendantes avec kitchenette, avec une petite cabane de jeux qui ravie les enfants, plusieurs activités et une belle vue sur le lac où il est possible de faire des promenades en barque. Le petit déjeuner et tres bon. Nous n'avons pas testé le diner mais les options semblaient appétissantes. L'hôte est serviable et parle français ! Enfin on est proche de l'aéroport donc très pratique. »

« The staff were very friendly and understanding to us as non-Swedes there for Midsommar. Rooms were clean, plenty of dishes, washing machine worked (no dryer, line dry); shower good quality though a little tight on space; dishwasher and fridge worked very well. We had a miscommunication about the need to "book" a breakfast spot when breakfast is an option, but they quickly accommodated us and we were grateful. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. »

"We booked a Large room through Hotels.com, but upon arrival, we were given a Medium room. We asked why, and were told that Large rooms are not dog-friendly. This isn't mentioned on Hotels.com or their website. We were very disappointed. At reception, I was told the dog supplement was 500 SEK, so I wouldn't pay the supplement for the Medium room, but the hotel website states it's only 300 SEK. The receptionist gave us incorrect information when we received the keys, which was a huge disappointment. We ended up with a smaller room in a deplorable state, with scratches on the walls and baseboards, a broken shower head, and a loose toilet paper holder. Just because I have a dog, I have to get a terrible room? Regarding the pool area, it's more like a footbath than a proper pool. I'm not very tall, and the water barely reached my knees. Not to mention, they don't regulate the flow of people despite a reserved time slot, and there's a constant hubbub. It's anything but relaxing because it's small and crowded. I won't even go into the quality of the mattress and the rest, as I lack the necessary character. This hotel isn't worth 5 stars, 3 at best."
