Also when booking it needs to be made clear when the booked room involves a significant “climb" to get to the floor it is on. 'Loved the modern art deco rooms. Mini bar was complimentary with snacks and non alcoholic drinks. Staff were very friendly. Has a beautiful rooftop bar (Monica) and Palermo restaurant on ground floor. Would highly recommend '

'What a beautiful hotel in a gorgeous building overlooking the park. We were very warmly welcomed and given lots of tips on what to do. Our room was very nicely decorated with a mix of modern and period features. Modern bathroom. Close to all the shops and restaurants and a short drive to the coogee to bondi cliff walk'

'Tran, Chloe and the gentleman who greeted us on the 1st night were very friendly, helpful and excellent at their jobs. Top marks. The accommodation is dated, and could do with the shower being fixed in Room 418 (it leaked onto the floor), but it was spacious and had everything we needed.'
