'Got put into an uncleaned room. Complained and the woman behind the frontdesk didn’t want to do anything about it. Acted like there was no other room in the hotel I could sleep in. Unfriendly and uninterested during both check-in and my complain. '

'Ski right to the Jordan lift from the hotel! The place does need a good repainting on the outside. Staff was excellent, but it was a little uncomfortable that there is a staff member always stationed in the corner of the workout room behind the towels. Pool, steam room & hot tubs were awesome! Overall a great stay!'
