« The property and rooms are very nice. Very lush and beautiful landscaping and easy walk to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The issues that we had is that the air conditioner in the room was either not working properly, or undersized for the room. We had it set at 68 and it was hot in the room. We tried to turn it down to 66 and eventually 64, and I have a temp meter and the room was reading 80 degrees at night. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. We couldn't open the windows...

« Location and space couldn’t be better! Being a new hotel, there was a check in hiccup, but the team immediately answered our call and got us checked in & inside in no time. This was a perfect size for our party of 2 - having the living room for late night TV and planning for our next day, a kitchen for breakfasts and all the coffee/tea fixings, and the blackout curtains in the bedroom & comfy bed. Would absolutely recommended! »

We have stayed here three times already and this is the place that we will go from now on when we visit Ocean Shores. »
