« Staff was so welcoming. I was surprised when I saw them meeting us down at the parking lot (2 of them) giving us a warm welcome and offering to carry luggage/bags. Room had a great view of the lake and volcanos, bedding was comfortable and bathroom was clean. Entire room was so spacious. Breakfast was nice as well with a combination of many things we liked. Food and drinks were great. To top it all is the view of Lake Atitlan and the volcanos from the infinity pool. That is magical. »

« Amazing location and room! It was perfect for everything you need. Having the second floor with a little balcony made it feel like you were in the jingle. The doors open all the way and it’s like indoor outdoor living. Absolutely perfect! »
