« Super close to everything. Room was absolutely beautiful. The concert that was there was incredible. »

« Con: Unhelpful staff. The tours organized by the hotel are overpriced. We were asked several times by the restaurant staff to buy them boat rides. The restaurant food is really not good. Didn't even think about doing laundry there: $2 US for panties and $1.50 US for boxer shorts (which is a bit sexist). You have to pay $5 US for a clean towel, even after 3 days at the hotel. Also, the bathroom was very old and not quite as good as the photos. The only positive point is the incredible view of...

« This hotel is a small property operated and I presume owned by a family. Most of the guests are Spanish speaking as is the family. Although I do not speak Spanish I was able to communicate adequately with my limited Spanish and the staff/family limited English. At night the narrow or non-existent sidewalk caused one to be in close contact with the busy traffic when walking h »

« Marcela fue muy amable. Gracias »

Beaucoup d escaliers. Hotel non recomandé aux personnes a mobilité reduite. Emplacement agreable. Bord du lac en bout du village. »

« This is a wonderful hotel in a beautiful location surrounded by lush gardens. It lacks some of the amenities you expect at this level (gym, fridge in the room, tea making facilities) and the helicopters that come and go to the hotel’s helipad are a real nuisance. However, my real reason for the 4/5 grade is because of all the bird cages. Toucans are meant to be free. »
