'We absolutely loved our stay at Guatemala Dreams. Our hosts Jonty and Kimberly are exceptional. They went above and beyond meeting our needs. Even giving us a zuccini when the market we walked to was closed and we still wanted to cook on the deck. 'The place was nice, and the staff who checked me in was very kind and accommodating. HOWEVER. I definitely left a wallet with all of my travel cash in my room, and they said they "looked everywhere and couldn't find it". So, I wish there staff was a little more honest. I hope whoever found it really needed the money and that it's a blessing to their family. '

'The hotel looks more like a big home, and that's a big plus. I think 6 rooms all on the first floor (no elevator). Rooms are spacious and have all amenities you need. View from the window is depressing, but this hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, and in that respect the view was not important to us. Shuttle service is included and works perfectly with an "normal" car (not a shuttle bus). The breakfast is simple (Guatemalan style) but sufficient.'
