« Overall the listing was not what we had expected. The address was not accurate and led us to a completely different block. We only received 1 towel for 2 nights for each person, we requested more but did not get an answer from the host. The area was good though, located close to the station and convenience stores. The washroom was really tight and there was leakage in the pipes. Cleanliness was not the best. Our neighbours were great though! »

« Appartement plutot excentré, il faut 45 min à peu pres pour rejoindre shinjuku /shibuya en transports. A part la situation géographique, les équipements sont au top ! La machine a laver est un plus dans cet appartement quand on reste plusieurs jours. Au niveau de l'isolation , on est dans le standard japonais , tres peu isolé,du coup , consommation excessive d energie. Cuisine fonctionnelle , salle de bain et wc egalement. Il y a du rangement , les lits sont plutot confort, Agréable séjour dans...

« This place is brand new, maybe one or two check ins before us. We are about to check out with our 3 kids, 10,11,12. They loved it🤗 About 5-7 mins walk to the Koenji Station, a couple 24/7 convenient stores a block away. One of the Best and very quick to respond hosts I’ve ever dealt with. Very very clean with extra towels and brand new washing machine. Highly recommend it! »

« Location: a bit far , train station right in front of apartment. Not too far from Nakano broadway Description of room: host states private bathroom, My unit was in the top floor and you had to leave your room to go to the toilet. I recommend you know which room you are getting as only the 4th floor unit has the separate toilet »

« 今回東京滞在2件目のホテルで、着いたらすぐ洗濯をしたかったのですが、疲れ果てて辿り着いてから、洗濯洗剤を買うの忘れた！と慌てたのですが、洗濯機の上に一つ洗剤を置いてくださっているのを見て細やかなお気遣いを感じました。オーナーさんはメールの返信も早く丁寧でとても安心しました。普段のホテルより広々としていてくつろげました。全身が映る鏡が一つあると嬉しいなーと思いました！ »

« From the picture, i see there is a sofa, but for unknown reason (maybe because expedia mistakenly send there will be 2 renter?) , that they transform the sofa into a bed, which make me difficult to sit and works with table. But in general it is a good place, near to the metro station, near to a convenience store, just 20 minutes can arrive shibuya, got washing machine, place to dry clothes. So prettu recommend it »
