'The restaurant staff was rude. They were talking about the guest loud enough for us to hear. I wish I could say this didn't take away from my experience but it did. 'I did enjoy my stay. Was not impressed with my Premier king room. Was in some corner with a view of someone's balcony. Used the exercise room and they had zero water. My room was cleaned only once. Bar doesn't open until 2. Ice machine broke on Friday and still was not fixed as of Monday when we checked out. I did highly recommend the zip line the girls were very friendly. And they charged 17.00 to park'

'The Hotel is very nice, and the staff was extremely professional, however the local area is very active at night, a lot of foot traffic and suspicious characters roaming around, they have made some good policies for keeping the inside and lobby area secure, but I was constantly worrying about my vehicle and cargo in my trailer. If they could fence up, or secure that parking then I could give the a full 5 stars.'

'My partner was like, “why didn’t we stay 2 nights?” That’s how calming and nice this place is! The food is great, the location - omg nature haven! And the hot tub, AMAZING. The hot springs and being surrounded by beautiful trees really sold it for us. Try to book the room with the personal hot tub! You won’t regret it!'
