'The location was great and the room was clean, but as soon as we walked in, there was a strong musty smell. Fortunately, we quickly noticed that the bathroom sink was missing its drain stopper, so we were given a different room. However, the new room also had a musty smell, although it was less noticeable than in the first one. The air conditioning was also much too loud for our liking. We won’t be staying here again.'

'Terrible experience. Stay away from this property. If there's a Zero star, I woul have used it. No office, just a small.window to deal with the only person on the premises. Refused to give me a second floor room while most rooms were empty, insects and roaches inside the room, dirty towels, dirty bed sheets, broken, hawks in the bathroom, broken shower drain, no iron or table. The worst part that Expedia said I can't get.refund for the second night that I was planning not to use'

'Although room was clean and water pressure in shower great, the elevator was out all weekend and there did not seem to be a sense of urgency to get it back in operation. Overheard patrons saying it had been alternating between working and not before finally giving out completely. This speaks volumes to me about its maintenance. Also the smart tv Netflix operation was not activated. And the tvs themselves were preset at a volume that couldn’t be adjusted. This often led to not being able to hear...

'I would like a refund my room was horrible I couldn’t get in my room I had to walk back and forth to the front desk for new keys that didn’t work , the front desk clerk had to come open the door with a master key , the air conditioning was horrible it was broken didn’t even work'
