Do not stay here. It smells horrible, the bed linens were stained and dirty. We left at 10pm due to shouting, screaming and banging from the room next door. The floors feel unstable, everything makes a loud horrific noise. Host completely uninterested when we said we were leaving and why.

Everything was dirty. The room was dirty. The bathroom was dirty. The pool was dirty. The hot tub was dirty. Even the golf course was covered with debris so that you couldn’t play. It was completely rundown. I would never stay there again.

I wanted to share feedback regarding my stay over 4th of July weekend, as it was unfortunately one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. Upon checking into our room, we discovered that neither the hot water nor the phone were working, requiring us to switch rooms shortly after arrival. In the new room, the phone still did not work, and when we attempted to use the hair dryer, it began smoking, creating a safety concern. Throughout our first night and into the 4th of July, the hotel also experienced repeated power outages. We lost power about 10 times, making it difficult to enjoy our stay and raising concerns about the property's reliability during a busy holiday weekend. On our final morning, housekeeping entered our room without knocking or announcing themselves while we were still in bed, which was extremely uncomfortable and felt like a significant invasion of privacy. Additionally, throughout the entire weekend, the hotel allowed a very large group (approximately 50 or more ppl)to gather outside, playing loud music and partying for extended periods of time. The excessive noise continued throughout the day and into the evening, making it nearly impossible to relax and impacting the overall guest experience. While I understand that holiday weekends can be busy, the combination of multiple maintenance issues, repeated power outages, lack of privacy, and constant excessive noise made this stay far below standards & I would appreciate any solutions.

Doable but not preferred.

Property personnel are very welcoming and the indoor pool as well as the jacuzzi were decent. The property needs a major deep cleaning of the rooms including the bathrooms! There were spider webs in tangled with insects above the room curtain from the sliding door being left open previously. We had to buy tub cleaner and clean out the shower ourselves because it seems to have been missed in the previous cleaning before us getting the room. We had a double queen suite and the mattresses were on top of what seemed and sound like a filing cabinet closing each time we sat on the bed or changed positions. Not very comfy but again doable for a not getting much sleep weekend. Overall I would rate this a 2 star hotel. It served its purpose for the 2 nights we had to sleep there for a weekend wedding we attended near by. If we had to stay longer than 2 nights this place would definitely be a no go.

Family friendly resort

Overall this is a good place to stay while visiting Cape Cod. It is centrally located with several nice beaches close by. It's also close to Hyannis Port and Dennis and only a couple of hours drive for a day trip to Provincetown. Mariner Resort staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are standard hotel size, with no closet. However they were clean and comfortable. The main attraction are the pools. Both the indoor and the outdoor pool are large and well maintained. The mini golf course is small. The free breakfast could more variety. We stayed for three days and felt the price was just right. PS: The Whydah Pirate Musemum is a must see!
