Terrain en eau profonde sur le lac Keowee avec double quai, des tonnes d'espace de divertissement, une cour arrière paysagée à 3 niveaux nouvellement terminée, y compris un foyer, c'est une excellente retraite familiale. Au niveau principal, la grande pièce et la cuisine / salle à manger sont ouvertes. Deux chambres king au rez-de-chaussée. Au niveau inférieur, grande salle, avec mini-réfrigérateur, jeu de palets, baby-foot, ping-pong en plein air et un jeu de pacification pour deux personnes, avec 60 jeux, Wii et jeux de société supplémentaires! 1 lit queen et une chambre avec lits superposés avec 2 doubles et 2 simples. A l'extérieur sur un rack nea l'eau est 2 kayaks enfants, un canoë, 2 paddleboards et 2 (kayak adulte 2 personnes) à utiliser avec la location. Maison entièrement équipée avec serviettes de bain et draps inclus! Beaucoup de places de parking, et également 4 canapés confortables pour dormir si vous avez des invités supplémentaires! Notre bateau est dans le quai du milieu, mais vous pouvez amarrer de chaque côté. Grils à gaz et à charbon à l'extérieur!

THIS LAKEFRONT PLACE IS SET UP WONDERFULLY. Awesome for families or a group of friends with children. It not only has all the fun toys you need but is very comfortable and artistically amusing. We loved our stay here and Deborah was terrific!

I will start off with the positive. The host seemed kind and was responsive to questions. The master bed was very comfortable. The dock was great and everyone had a great time swimming.However the home needed a lot of attention. The master bedroom had a sliding back door that did not lock. This is a major safety concern and made us very uncomfortable. The sliding door in the kitchen also did not lock but there was a metal pole in the divet that was being used to prevent the door from opening. So it was obvious that they knew it did not work and simply refused to pay to have it fixed. The back porch needed redone. The wood on the back porch was beginning to rot and you could feel that at any time a board would brake. This includes the railing on the back porch. It was wobbly from the rotten wood and someone will eventually lean on it and it will break and they will fall and injure themselves. Several lightbulbs were not working on the property. There was a kurig there but no kurig pods. There was cheap single ply toilet paper. Overall its a decent house with a lot of potential but the owners need to put more effort into making it nice and safe. Especially since this is not a cheap rental.

We had a wonderful stay! The check in and out process was super easy. Deborah was great with communication, responding to our messages within minutes. Our time down on the dock was unforgettable. The kids loved jumping from the upper dock, using the paddle boards and fishing in the mornings and evenings. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to cook and grill. The house completely met our needs! The kids stayed downstairs in the game room when they weren’t down on the water, which meant it was quiet for the adults upstairs! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Very clean home on a nice cove. Beautuful landscaping, the pictures do not do it justice. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds comfortable with extra pillows. The paved walk to the dock made it convenient for older adults. The fire pit area was very nice and shaded, we enjoyed morning coffee or there everyday watching the lake. The house is well stocked with games and the owners very receptive to communicating with any issues. 10/10

Overall our stay was pleasant. Some areas show a need for some reconditioning but overall those areas didnt outweigh the great that came along. We canoed and fished from the dock, we swam in the clear water of the lake. The fire put area was great and being able to grill was good too. The cookware in the kitchen met the need. There were a few things that could be improved: living room tv had no network connectivity, the cornhole bags were not complete or at least we couldnt locate the full set, the cookware was badly worn down, the ps3 got the kids excited but no joysticks worked, the lighting in the bathroom at the top of the steps was very dim. Again, none of these minor things detracted from the experience. They were all "nice to haves" that would have pushed this proper more towards an elite status. Overall, excellent stay!

My family enjoyed the stay and overall was a positive experience. The outside fire pit and landscaping is nice. The upper deck on the dock is perfect to watch the sun rise. I would suggest an exterminator to spray inside and out. . The deck has a lot of black ants and with small children we had to be careful. They could take care of spider webs in the screened in porch as well. The lighting downstairs has quite a few ceiling lights out. Overall we enjoyed our stay

Wonderful family thanksgiving

We came down for Thanksgiving weekend and spent Thanksgiving at Deborah's house. We had the best thanksgiving! Her house was stocked with everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner, this was not expected but a wonderful surprise. She knew we were coming down for a special family weekend and she went out and bought more fishing rods for the kids to use. The place was beautiful and the lake was calm and peaceful. Outstanding view from the deck with coffee. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Would stay here again... Maybe next time in summer where we can swim in the lake not just kayak.

The location was great and the house was perfect for two families w boys! They loved swimming off the dock and using all of the kayak/paddle boards…and the bottom floor of the house was perfect to entertain them once the sun went down! Thanks for a great weekend at the lake!

Family vacation

Three generations had a wonderful weeklong stay at this property. The kids enjoyed everything from the games downstairs to the kayaks and paddle boards outside. Very convenient spot to restaurants and marinas on the lake as well. Beautiful view from the deck!! We took full advantage of everything offered and would definitely stay here again!

Lake Keowee lakehouse

Perfect house for our annual family vacation. Location was perfect, house was loaded with everything needed for fun for all ages. There are two separate gathering spaces - the lower level kept the kids entertained when we weren’t on the water. Plenty of parking spaces for two boat trailers and several cars. Outside space is beautiful and offers lots of options - deck space, dock space, covered area with ping pong, fire-pit and shoreline access. House was very clean and spacious. Kitchen well equipped. Our family really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely rent again!

Excellent Vacation Spot

The description of this property was spot on! The kitchen was fully stocked with all of the essentials that you need, and then some! The addition of the kayaks and paddle boards was a huge hit! I highly recommend this property and we are looking forward to staying here again!!!
