'We were in the Iris room which was lovely and had a river view. The room was very clean and well appointed. Continental breakfast was included which was delicious. My husband had the cooked breakfast which was very reasonably priced.
We really liked Rachel and enjoyed our chats and her helpfulness.

'Gorgeous location right by the Cam river. Ample parkland for children/young families within a very quick walk which is well seperated from the roadways.
My stay was post holiday-period, so off-peak I guess. Due to this the onsite restaurant was only going to be open on weekend's.'

'The cabin we were initially put in had a broken door and window screen. Would've been left in that cabin with my young children had i not have complained.Got moved to another cabin that had other issues with the toilet water running like a waterfall all.night. also had dirty hand towels with visible brown marks on them. Heaters did not heat up the cabin at all. Windows were not great as the breeze was coming
Through th shut windows blowing the blinds all.night. could not sleep due to the issues....
