Comfortable RV in rural area - West Richland

You will be staying in the Windsong Pioneer 30' RV/travel trailer with a LR tipout and private outdoor seating area with small BBQ grill and firepit. Separate bedroom with queen-sized bed. Let us know ahead of time if you need the sofa sleeper or dinette made up into a bed. Also, let us know ahead of time if you will be bringing a pet so we can put couch and recliner covers on furniture in consideration of future guests with allergies. Pets are welcome and must be leashed when outside, and need to be with you at all times or crated in the RV. Bathroom has shower and small RV size tub. 20 gallon hot water heater ensures you won't run out of hot water. You can park right in front of the unit. This is on our 3-acre farm in a rural area. Area is safe and generally quiet. We close the driveway gate at night to try and keep wildlife out, but it is not locked. Farm animals at the back of the property include horses, chickens, cats. Ask the owner if you'd like to visit the horses. It's a 5 minute drive to the nearest convenience store, and 10 minutes to supermarket and shopping in either Richland or West Richland. We have a separate building on the property where bands come out to practice occasionally on the weekends. Starter pack of items such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and cleaning supplies provided for first week of stay. For longer term stays, tenant will need to supply for their use.
