'Woman working the front desk was great, and very helpful fixing a booking error on my part. The hotel itself though is in need of some help. First, it’s in an industrial park so there are no food or shopping options within walking distance. And of course, while I was checking in a homeless person came into the lobby and would not stop trying to talk to me while I was trying to talk to the front desk agent. 'The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was amazing and so helpful. I would also compliment the restaurant/bar. Highly recommend for food and drinks. It was everything I could ask for and then some! My days were spent in a local hospital while my mom had surgery. Coming back to the hotel was like coming home. It was comfortable and peaceful. Additionally as we arrived we were informed they implemented a new parking fee, so we were required to pay extra to park in an outside lot behind the building, just another money grab by this property.'
