'Horrible experience. Microburst lost power in entire town. Young kid at front desk was left with no help. The Mgr never showed up to help. Was suppose to call a list of clients who left due to no power. Becky Hamilton General Mgr lied and said she was never told to call us all back. Being told Im getting credit but waiting to see if Mgr did what she advised or just tried to get me off the phone. Don't stay here. Stay in New Stanton which is 6 mins away and has several lovely hotels.'

'After booking, Donna called me to confirm my stay and ask my arrival time. I appreciated it. It was a cold day with a temperature dropping to below 30 degrees. Taking bath in the big bathtub kept me warm all night even without heater. The heater was noisy when operating. Thus, it was good I took a warm bath and shut off the heater.'
