'The staff was so nice! I was traveling with my dog and cat, and did not fully read the pet policy that they just allow dogs. Totally my own fault! But front desk and manager were absolutely sweet and let me stay. After a long day of traveling for a cross country trip, this eased my stress so much. I really appreciate the accommodation.
