'Very kind staff. Manager Chris was very kind. He provided us with free water, showed us our room en gave our two children some popcorn en candy. Breakfast was good with enough options. Room was clean en beds were comfortable. Hotel was located near some powerplants en there was not much to do in Alliance, but no dealbraker. Highly recommend! '
'Love this hotel! We checked in 9:20 & were greeted by a friendly, professional & helpful young man at the desk. We called him late afternoon to say we’d be late arriving & he replied that it would not be a problem, our room would be ready.
Our room was an accessible one, very roomy, clean & comfortable. We had a great night’s sleep & the hotel was quiet.
Breakfast was fresh and delicious with many options.
Location is great, visible from the highway & close to amenities yet not noisy...
'It was a little bit like living in a cave. Not very big which is ok, and extremely dark, which is not ok. On small lamp is a ridiculous way to light a room. We will not be staying there again.'
