Villa's in West-Maryland

'Anytime towels were needed we had to go down stairs and bring our dirty wet towels. Would not give us additional towels unless wet dirty ones were given back downstairs.'

'They did not honor my fully paid reservation so hard to judge them on anything. After a long day of traveling I arrived with my family at 10:30 at night only to be told that their reservation system was down all day and there were no rooms available. They then tried to suggest another Marriott property…as if!'

'We stayed at Visitation during our son and DIL marriage in the Frederick courthouse- afterwards we reserved dinner at Wye Oak Tavern. The environment, presentation and superior taste of food made for a memorable evening. They treated us with a glass of complimentary champagne to celebrate our night and we never felt rushed to leave that evening. It was a special night and our stay at hotel was superb - rooms were immaculate and comfortable- hotel grounds were lovely to relax.'
