'After a week on a river boat, we booked a night at Hartley House and thoroughly enjoyed it. We felt right at home and the hostess, Kate was remarkable in how she went above and beyond in order to meet our needs. This is the true Ireland in an old, historic house in a quiet country area. 'Our visit to Tully, Renvyle was the Ireland I wanted to experience. The drive through Connemara to get there was unforgettable, and once we arrived we were great with a small village right on the sea. We misread the arrival instructions, so we only gave John a 30-minute warning but he was ready for us when we arrived. Parking was free and just alongside the B&B.
